Enter information about the patient, based on questions like “Is the patient within 3 months of acute coronary syndrome?” and “Has the patient undergone prior revascularization?” to be provided with a 0-9 score—7-9 equals appropriate, 4-6 uncertain, and 1-3 inappropriate.
