Electronic medical records program

Misys Healthcare Systems recently introduced the Misys EMR™ 7.0, an electronic medical records solution that can be used from a personal computer, handheld tablet, or wireless device. The point-of-care solution offers a variety of features for transcription, orders management, and prescription writing, as well as a specialty-specific content library for many specialties, including cardiology. Misys EMR also includes access to a database of comprehensive formulary information. A voice capture feature allows physicians to record voice files within a chart note, and a medical diagram feature allows providers to attach diagrams or digital images to a chart note. Annotations can also be made directly on the diagrams or images with an electronic drawing tool kit.
