Stent graft delivery system
Advertisement
Medtronic, Inc., has received Food and Drug Administration approval for its Xcelerant Delivery System for use with the AneuRx® AAA Stent Graft System for the treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysms. The Xcelerant is designed for greater control and improved deliverability. Kink-resistant catheter material improves trackability through tortuous arteries, and its integrated handle aids in precise placement of the stent. A distal radiopaque marker provides improved visibility during angiography for more accurate deployment.
