Cardiology Case Report: Syncope and COVID-19

History: A woman in her mid-40’s is sent from a nearby monoclonal antibody clinic to the ER for a syncopal episode. She denies any injury or prodromal chest pain, SOB, palpitations, or other complaints beyond the low-grade fever and cough she has been having for the past week.

Exam: Vital signs are normal though the pulse is in the high 90’s. Exam is otherwise non-focal.
