History: A man in his late 50’s presents to the hospital for generalized weakness and SOB. He denies syncope, palpitations, chest pain, fever, cough or other complaints.
Exam: Vitals are concerning for respirations in the 40’s, BP of 89/55 and a pulse in the 130’s.

Computer Read: A-fib, RBBB, inferior MI probably old. All of these were new changes.
