Treating the condition has also become easier as patients and their partners are able to more freely discuss the issues they see in their daily lives according to Anthony J. Bazzan, MD, from Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Bazzan said that as the condition becomes better understood and as patients, particularly men, become more comfortable discussing it the field will be able to continue to grow and improve their quality of life.
