Paul Doghramji, MD, discussed the growing problem of shift work disorder and what could happen in the future of sleep medicine in an extended interview with MD Magazine.

In order to properly diagnose a sleep disorder it may require a sleep study, something which many patients may not be in favor of before ever stepping foot in the lab. Overcoming those concerns and getting them the help they need is a key component in the job of a doctor.
