In a collaborative effort not seen in many other places and with only one year under their belts the staff at Montefiore Medical Center is looking to measure their success so far and see what they can do for the future.

The program in the Bronx is only a year old which makes judging the longterm benefit of the work difficult but Diana Wolfe, MD, MPH, said she has seen positive results in the early stages. Wolfe said during an interview with MD Magazine that with limited data the best way to measure their results so far is to look back at results from the past and see how things add up.
