1. CARE

This non-profit organization was created after World War II as a way to provide relief for survivors. The organization, which has staff members on the ground in Haiti helping with relief efforts, recently established the Haiti Emergency Response Fund for donation collection.

2. Partners in Health

This Boston-based non-profit organization serves the Caribbean, Latin America, Africa, Russia, and the United States and provides service, training, advocacy, and research to countries that lack proper healthcare. The group has set up a portal for donations to assist in the Haitian relief effort.

3. Doctors Without Borders

The worldwide physician organization has been working in Haiti for 19 years, and is currently “mobilizing a large emergency response” to the disaster in the country.
