Even the biggest SUVs canmanage a mid-teen mpg out on the highway.Lower emissions are another reasonto think new. Several models, both foreignand domestic, qualify as ultra-lowemissions vehicles, with minuscule harmfulemissions. And even if the miser inyou prevails, you can still enjoy thinkingabout all the good stuff your next usedcar will have in it 2 or 3 years from now.
