Who Has a Will?
Physician's Money Digest
It's an amazing statistic; numeroussurveys indicatethat two of three physicians don't have asimple will, much less the add-ons thatmany legal experts say are must-haves,such as a living will or durable power ofattorney. It's even more startling given therelatively low cost of meeting basic estateplanning needs. A simple will may cost$250 or less and a living will may cost aslittle as $75. A power of attorney may beas inexpensive as $50 to $100. Of course, the larger your estate is, the more complexand costly your estate planning will be.But the basics are a bargain.
