58-Year-Old Woman With Lesions on Her Ear

The lesion had grown over the past decade.

The patient had a history of actinic keratoses on the face with insignificant facial erythema. However, there was no clinical sign of rosacea.

A skin biopsy was obtained to rule out basal cell carcinoma.
Chest films showed bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy.
