Cardiology Case Report: Pleurisy

Our latest case report features a woman in her early 60s presents to the hospital with pleuritic midsternal pain radiating from left to right and to left upper back. Check out the EKG and see if you can determine the correct diagnosis!

History: A woman in her early 60s presents to the hospital with pleuritic midsternal pain radiating from left to right and to left upper back. She has mild SOB but no fever, cough, leg symptoms, or other complaints. She denies syncope, palpitations, or other complaints.

Exam: Vital signs are normal. Exam is normal except for mild chest wall tenderness.
