Jack Burks, MD, the Chief Medical Officer of the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America addressed some of these issues during the 2015 Annual Meeting of the Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers in Indianapolis. Burks said one of the most important steps can be to recognize what is a relapse for patients and what may be the result of outside factors.
