Steroid Injection for "Trigger Finger"

(VIDEO) How to inject a steroid into an affected flexor tendon without risking rupture.

A nodule caught in the flexor tendon prevents the finger from moving smoothly. Here's how to find the tiny space between the tendon and the tendon sheath, avoiding an injection into the tendon itself which could cause it to rupture.
