Stephen J. Gluckman, MD, from the University of Pennsylvania discussed how to treat the patients when Lyme is no longer the cause of their symptoms during the American College of Physicians Internal Medicine meeting in Boston. Gluckman said that while there is no true test for Lyme Disease, the commonly used test is good at ruling out the disease for patients.
