New studies reveal diabetes risks with job stress and the mechanism used to reduce LDL, as well as the effects of depression & diabetes in young men.

Some biological processes associated with lowering blood cholesterol may lead to a higher risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). More than one-third of young men with T1DM may be impotent, and depression may play a role. The stress of job insecurity raises the risks of diabetes.
