Tips for Car Leasees
Buy or lease? It's a major question facingnew car shoppers. If your answer is tolease that new set of wheels, make sureyou don't sign up for a lease term that'slonger than the warranty on the car.Longer lease terms mean lower payments, but don't let that tempt you into a 5-yearlease on a car with a 3-year warranty. Also, bargain hard for the maximumnumber of free miles. Most leases chargeyou anywhere from $0.10 to $0.15 a milefor any miles over the limit, which is oftenset at 12,000 miles a year. Go over themaximum allowance early and you maybe taking the bus to work to avoid excessmileage charges.
