If you look up the word â€˜concierge' in the dictionary you'll find multiple definitions, ranging from a member of a hotel staff in charge of special services for guests, to an employee stationed in an apartment house lobby who screens visitors. Perhaps the most recent definition is for concierge medicine: "medical care for which the patient pays the doctor an annual fee for special or extra services."
