He shared that in terms of his research, evaluating subgroups appeared to be beneficial, particularly in highlighting the consistency of results. According to Lopes, while they have answered one question about apixaban, there are still many that are left unanswered to measure the efficacy of this drug in other sections and not just in atrial fibrillation.
