Good news:

Gasoline prices seemto be heading down this summer inthe wake of the war in Iraq, as crudeoil costs have taken a header. You can save even more onfuel costs by using a gas rebate card.Unlike other gas cards that makeyou buy from certain gas stations, the new Chase Freedom Card(866-800-3736; will credit you with 3%of your gasoline purchases, no matterwhere you fill up. You get an additional1% on any other purchaseswith the card, and you can use thecredits to pay for anything you buy,not just gas. You don't even pay anannual fee for the first year, and youcan avoid fees in subsequent years byusing the card at least 9 times in a 12-month period.
